Property tax hike, benefit cuts sought to plug budget shortfall

Here we go again. It doesn't seem to matter whether it is good times or bad, Broward County Schools can't seem to get their budget in order. Because of their fiscal problems and lack of leadership, they want the taxpayer to fix their problems by raising property taxes. At the same time they are raising property taxes, they are lowering their educational standards. This is a clear example of paying more and getting less. Maybe its time for new leadership.
