Chinese drywall: Condos not covered under new drywall tax break, Department of Revenue decides

Just when the South Florida condo is getting a little boost, Florida Department of Revenue denies tax break for condos with Chinese drywall. While the spirit of the law is always open to interpretation, it is this interpretation that will make it difficult for the housing market, especially the condo market to fully recover. If Florida is ever to see a healthy real estate market again, both the single family market and condo market will need to improve. Read full story here
